About Us

Coinflip Trade Card Shop was founded from a deep passion for Pokémon and trading cards. What started as a childhood dream has grown into a business dedicated to providing high-quality Japanese sealed products and English singles. Our goal is to create a smooth, honest, and enjoyable shopping experience for all collectors.

Products & Listings

We specialize in Japanese sealed Pokémon products and English singles. All product listings are subject to availability, and prices may change without prior notice. We strive for accuracy in descriptions but do not guarantee exact matches in every instance.

Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed with accurate information. Payment is required before order processing. We accept various payment methods as listed at checkout. Orders may be subject to verification for fraud prevention purposes.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. We only ship domestically within the United States, and a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all orders. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, but if a package is lost or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement or full refund. Customers must contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence.

Returns & Refunds

We strive for customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, our refund policy is as follows:

• Sealed Products: Refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or if the wrong item was sent. The product must remain sealed and in its original condition.

• Singles: All sales of individual cards are final unless the card arrives in a condition significantly different from the product description.

• Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with their order ID and photos of the issue.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after an approved return is received.

Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

• A 3% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders due to payment processor fees.

• Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Privacy Policy

At Coinflip Trade Card Shop, your privacy matters to us. We only collect necessary customer information for order processing, shipping, and support. We do not sell, rent, or share customer information for marketing purposes. Our site uses encryption and secure payment processing to protect your data.
